For the juices we are using an Omega juicer.
For the smoothies we are using a Vitamix blender.
The smoothie includes the pulp of the fruits and veggies and has a high dietary fiber content. The juices have no pulp, therefore not much (if any) dietary fiber. To make a smoothie you need a blender, and to make a juice you need a juicer.
We are using the CRON-O-Meter web application.
